The Laytown & Bettystown footpath replacement scheme was carried out at Laytown Railway Station & the entrance to the Alverno House Hotel.
 

The works included:

• The excavation & disposal of the existing pavement. 

• The supply & installation of stone sub base. 

• The supply & installation of new brick paving. 

• The adjustment of all ironworks to the new pavement level. 

• The supply & erection of stainless steel bollards and the construction of  new kerbing.
   

The work was carried out under Traffic Management Surpervision providing access for pedestrians and cyclist along the sea front.
