Installation of a combined use cycle & pedestrian carriage way along the west side of Scholarstown Road between Knocklyon Junction, a distance of 300 metres.

Installation of new public lighting, undergrounding of all ESB services, upgrading Surface Drainage.  The largest part of this project was the road realignment and upgrade to Orlagh Roundabout., installation of Eircom and virgin ducts and installation of 2 new bus stops.
